Doctor Michael Lalezarian, MD is a double board-certified fellowship-trained Vascular and Interventional Radiologist. He completed both his Radiology Residency and Interventional Radiology Fellowship at David Geffen School of Medicine at the Ronald Reagan Hospital at UCLA, where he received extensive training in minimally-invasive image-guided vascular procedures. Dr. Lalezarian has since devoted his expertise to healing debilitating vascular conditions and working on the front lines of limb salvage. Timely, accessible care is paramount in the effort against venous insufficiency, peripheral artery disease and other debilitating vascular conditions. Dr. Lalezarian holds staff privileges at multiple hospitals in the Los Angeles area and offers outpatient services in multiple locations throughout Southern California, including Downey, Montclair, and Apple Valley / Victorville. Dr. Lalezarian is a committed partner in the battle against the devastating consequences of advanced vascular diseases. He routinely treats chronic venous insufficiency (CVI), peripheral arterial disease (PAD), diabetic neuropathy, and benign prostatic hyperplasia (BPH). In addition to patient care, Dr. Lalezarian teaches and supervises medical students, residents, and fellows at the David Geffen School of Medicine in the Department of Radiology at UCLA.
