Our Team
The ProVascularMD team takes our role in our patients’ vascular health seriously. We understand the importance of individuals contacting our vascular and interventional radiology clinic, and we take pride in each patient's journey to recovery. Oscar Mauricio Faguada, PA-C
Oscar Faguada, PA-C, earned his Master’s in Physician Assistant Studies from the University of La Verne and has been practicing for five years. Fluent in Spanish, he enjoys vascular medicine because it is rewarding to help patients find relief from challenging conditions. At ProvascularMD, he values the supportive team and the opportunity to care for an inspiring patient community. Outside of work, Oscar enjoys reading, art, music, and time with family.
Ashley Dorn, MSN, FNP-C
Ashley Dorn, MSN, FNP-C, earned her Master of Science in Nursing from Azusa Pacific University and has been practicing for over a year. She is passionate about limb preservation, managing complex vascular conditions, and helping patients maintain mobility and quality of life. Inspired by caring for her grandmother during a serious illness, Ashley brings compassion and dedication to every patient. At ProvascularMD, she values the collaborative team approach to care. Outside of work, she enjoys traveling and spending time with her husband, three children, and their dog.
