New Patients
ProVascularMD welcomes new patients and the opportunity to discuss any vascular health conditions they may have. When you visit us for the first time, we will help guide you through the process to make your experience as stress-free as possible. It is easy for new patients to start their journey toward a pain-free, healthier life with our Downey team. As a new patient, we will ask you to complete a few intake forms, so we can better understand your history and treat your vascular condition. New patients will also need to bring their ID and insurance card. We look forward to serving you and helping you achieve optimal health.
